A tactic he used which I found very informative was to start out a bit high to test the market and see where it needed to land. If you can be comfortable with the fact that testing out high does not necessarily mean you get that price, or it means you might luck out and get that price. Bennett can help you with the emotional roller coaster that may happen when buying or selling your house. Bennett understands the market he understands the need of the client and he is a very professional soft-spoken person that does not come in with a big stick but rather with a calm politeness and professionalism that soothes the stress of house sale transactions.
